does baked by bre have a storefront?


we currently do not have a storefront. in addition to having cookies shipped or delivered to you, you can find our cookies at local events and farmers markets in the DMV.




curbside delivery?


for our dmv locals (some restrictions apply), we offer contactless curbside delivery on thursdays and fridays.




what is the shelf-life of your cookies?


our cookies are baked to order and individually packaged in airtight bags, allowing the cookies to last an exceptional number of days. if you are not able to enjoy your cookies right away, we recommend freezing your cookies to maximize freshness. cookies are good for about 7-10 days at room temp (snickerdoodles about 3-5 days room temp and 10 days when stored in the refrigerator) and 2-3 months in the freezer in their original packaging.




do you offer gluten-free options?


our cookies are not gluten-free. we are working tirelessly on perfecting gluten-free options of our cookies that don’t suck! keep an eye out on our instagram and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when they are available.




do your cookies contain nuts?


the majority of our cookies are nut free but all cookies are baked in the same facility. we try our very best to keep everything separate but there is still a chance of cross contamination. the only cookies that are not nut free are our peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia nut, and brownie – t cookies. for brownie - t cookies, you are able to have them without nuts – just make a note at checkout!




are your cookies soy free?


our cookies are not soy free.




can I add a gift note?


yes! use the "add a note" section at checkout to include a message to the recipient. if you accidentally forget to add a note before checking out you can email orders@getbakedbybre.com and we can add the note for you.




is an invoice sent in my package?


no. we do not include invoices in the packages. a receipt will be sent in your order confirmation email.




I entered the wrong shipping address, what now?


please let us know within 24 hours via email at orders@getbakedbybre.com. if your order was already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.




can I customize my order?


baked by bre is an one baker show so at the moment we are not able to offer too much customization with orders. to offer you the opportunity to try as many flavors as possible, you are able to mix two flavors to your half dozen or dozen order (for example: six chocolate chip and six funfetti). to do so, simply add a note at checkout to specify the two flavors!





shipping

what is your shipping policy?


cookie orders will be processed within 1-3 days from when we receive your order. our shipments go out monday-thursday unless they fall on recognized postal holidays. all packages will be shipped with ups ground shipping. packages can only be shipped to addresses in the united states.

with a combination of high demand/delayed ingredient deliveries due to covid-19, our shipments may be backed up a couple days, but we are trying our very best to get everyone's shipments delivered 1-5 days. baked by bre is not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered but not received. once cookies are shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track packages with the given tracking number.

baked by bre is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen within the ups network.

baked by bre is not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect address given.

baked by bre is not responsible for deliveries delayed due to weather, holidays, or ups high volume delays etc. we have it on good authority that our cookies, even a week later, are amazing! each of our cookies are baked to order and individually packaged in airtight bags, allowing the cookies to last an exceptional number of days.

if there are any issues with your delivery, please refer to your tracking number and contact ups.

baked by bre does not ship out replacement packages due to delayed delivery or lost/stolen packages.
